Having first joined the brand for work experience back in April 2011, Andy now assumes the Editor role. When Andy joined GolfMagic it was a small site with potential. Fast forward to the present day, and Andy and his team have taken the site to more than 6 million satisfied visitors a month. Andy went to University of Portsmouth for three years where he graduated with a BA Hons degree in Journalism and English Language, and he then achieved a Gold Standard NCTJ Diploma at News Associates, the No.1 journalism course in the UK. Prior to joining GolfMagic, Andy worked as a sports journalist for his local newspaper, the Surrey Herald, and he had a spell on the sports desk at the Daily Express. Andy is an avid Manchester United fan and has a golf handicap of 14. His golfing hero is Ernie Els and his favourite golf course is Royal County Down.
