Messinia Pro-Am 2021 to feature BRAND NEW golf course

Navarino Hills is the brand new golf course to be included in this year's Messinia Pro-Am at Costa Navarino in Greece.

This year's Pro-Am, which was confirmed for 24th to 27th November, will feature a record 75 teams with professionals competing for a €50,000 prize fund.

The Messinia Pro-Am is an established part of the global golfing calendar where a host of top professionals and celebrities take part.

The 54-hole international event saw a record-breaking attendance in 2020 with more than 20 participating countries and 50 teams, including celebrity golfers such as Bill Murray, Mike Tindall and Sepp Maier.

Navarino Hills joins The Dunes Course and The Bay Course in this year's line up. The new course, which was designed by two-time Masters champion José María Olazábal, stretches over 500 hectares of natural terrain which looks over Navarino Bay.

When the full project for Navarino Hills is completed in Spring 2022, the site will consist of four signature 18-hole courses that will lie within a 13km radius.

The Bay Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II and it includes incredible seaside and canyon features, with the award-winning Bay Clubhouse blending into the natural landscape.

The Dunes Course was co-designed by two-time Masters champion Bernhard Langer and this course offers superb sea and river views while incorporating links-style features.

Costa Navarino is a sustainable destination in the Mediterranean located in the Greek region of Messinia, which aims to promote the region by preserving its natural beauty.

The official carrier of the Messinia Pro-Am is AEGEAN Airlines and they are also in partnership with Costa Navarino and the PGA of Greece.
